These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of huggconsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by HÜGG Consulting & Development, LLC (“HCD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Redding, California. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about HCD and its consulting, valuation, and advisory services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

No Professional Advice

Content on the Site — including articles, assessments, and general information about business valuation, exit planning, and consulting — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and does not create a client or advisory relationship. Any such relationship is established only through a signed engagement agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the HÜGG Consulting name and marks, are owned by HCD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except as needed for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

SMS Terms

HCD operates an internal, automated alerting program called HCD AI Alerts. This program sends automated operational alerts only to the company owner who personally enrolled his own mobile number.

  • Message frequency varies, about 10 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
